This deliverable defines the architecture of the CoMPaSS-NMD Atlas platform, a web-based system for managing and exploring multidimensional biomedical data (clinical, genetic, MRI, histopathological). It ensures secure access, traceability, and interoperability. The document details backend, frontend, data models, and infrastructure, shaped by co-design and featuring role-based access and SOP-derived metadata schemas. Key features are implemented and tested in DEV/PROD environments on SUT infrastructure, enabling modularity, scalability, and integration with clustering models. Revised requirements, based on stakeholder feedback, guide future development and strategic integration for the platform’s finalization and exploitation.
