The communication and dissemination plan provides internal guidance on planned C&D activities and tools foreseen to achieve the specific objectives of the CoMPaSS-NMD project. The plan will also establish accountability for C&D actions as well as means to measure the results of the planned activities and to track progress towards the dissemination goals.
